You use this app and participate in Buy Nothing at your own risk. To assist your participation, we prohibit the following items being given, requested, or shared via the Buy Nothing app:

• Firearms

• Ammunition

• Alcohol

• Tobacco

• Cannabis and any product containing THC

• CBD products derived from cannabis

• Any other controlled substances

• Drug paraphernalia

• Recalled items

• Expired car seats

• Endangered Species products, parts, or live

• Prescription Medications and Prescription Medical Devices

• Any and all other items that are illegal wherever you use the Buy Nothing app​
