How to Leave Feedback in the App

Overview

The Buy Nothing app includes an in-app Feedback feature that allows participants to share ideas, report issues, and view what the development team is actively working on. Community feedback plays an important role in shaping ongoing improvements.

How to Submit Feedback Through the App

To submit feedback or explore existing ideas, follow these steps:

1. Open the Me page
2. Tap the Settings icon (gray gear) in the upper-right corner
3. Scroll down and select Leave Feedback
4. Enter feedback, upvote ideas from other community members, or browse posts to see current development work

Feedback submitted through this form is shared directly with the Buy Nothing volunteer development team and contributes to future updates and enhancements.

For questions or assistance that require direct support, help is available within the app:

1. Open the Help menu
2. Tap Contact to reach the Support Team
